In a hand tool wood shop, power tools aren’t welcome. It’s nothing personal, but there’s no safety glasses, hearing protection or dust collection to be found (except for the dust pan).
Bringing in a table saw is going to be a pain! It takes so much space and doesn’t even fit into the tool box. Not to mention it doesn’t seem to mind chopping my fingers off! I hope the sawstop version will have a better temper, and I certainly hope my hand saw doesn’t hold a grudge.
Power tools weren’t made with us hand tool guys in mind. Rude if you ask me. Yes, a power tool is coming in, or machine rather, for rough milling work. It should cut my lunch bill in half at least.
